Cowrie Talent Solutions LLC is a woman-owned business founded by Haley R. Harbaugh, EdD, MA, BS whose passion is fueled by adult learning, career coaching, and talent development.
Haley lives in Denver, Colorado and has over 15 years experience in the training and education space, ranging from the credit industry, retail, to most recently, healthcare and non-profit.
